Generally, it may take 3-10 business days before the package is received once it is shipped. Everything is hand-made so custom order processing times may vary depending on a stone or if item is out of stock. In these cases, I will notify you via email. During the holiday season, I will do my best to accommodate and work with everyone's needs.
I ship orders Monday through Friday from Austin, TX. using USPS First Class Mail. You can choose to upgrade to Priority Mail for an additional charge.
All orders will have a tracking number that I will email once the order has shipped.
International orders – are sent via First Class International. Shipping times vary depending on location and time of year. On Average, packages should arrive in 2-4 weeks. (Currently, not shipping international until further notice. rev. 01/2023.)
