  • All shipments are sent via US Postal Service. It will cost $7 shipping anywhere U.S, Int'l rates may vary. Unless stated otherwise on shop. Every customer will receive a tracking number via email they used with their purchase.

  1. Generally, it may take 3-10 business days before the package is received once it is shipped. Everything is hand-made so custom order processing times may vary depending on a stone or if item is out of stock. In these cases, I will notify you via email. During the holiday season, I will do my best to accommodate and work with everyone's needs.

  2. I ship orders Monday through Friday from Austin, TX. using USPS First Class Mail. You can choose to upgrade to Priority Mail for an additional charge.

  3. All orders will have a tracking number that I will email once the order has shipped.

  4. International orders – are sent via First Class International. Shipping times vary depending on location and time of year. On Average, packages should arrive in 2-4 weeks. (Currently, not shipping international until further notice. rev. 01/2023.)
